Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: As long as you didn't select "I would like to place my order without creating an account" when you checked out, you can go to the Service page and log in to view your Account History. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Ground shipping costs (are a flat rate of $10 for any retail order total below $30. Retail orders over $30 ship free. Final shipping costs, if any, will be clearly indicated before you confirm your order. Shipping costs for wholesale orders are indicated before you confirm your order.

Q: What is a TPE mat?
A: TPE stands for Thermoplastic Elastomer. For those of you who are not chemists, TPE is a man made, eco-friendly material. It is nontoxic in manufacture, and is also recyclable and biodegradable. All of our mats are SGS certified and tested for eco-friendliness. Printing inks used on all our mats are also nontoxic.

Q: What are your Nontoxic mats made out of?
A: Our Nontoxic mat line is made from nontoxic PVC foam, without the use of toxic plasticizers. Most PVC mats are constructed with chemicals called pthalates that are toxic to the environment. PVC in its base form is fairly rigid; it is used to make plumbing pipes. The plasticizers, the chemicals used to make the PVC soft and pliable so it can be a yoga mat, are what can leach into the environment and cause damage. The plasticizers used for our mats are nontoxic, as well as are all printing inks. Our mats are SGS tested and certified for their nontoxic qualities. Please be aware that even nontoxic mats made of PVC may off-gas a bit when first unwrapped. This is normal and should subside very quickly.

Q: What are your flip flops made out of?
A: Our RatFlips are constructed out of nontoxic foam material, both TPE and EVA foam. The footstraps are made of resilient compound rubber. They are meant to last, and to be as friendly to the environment as possible.

Q: Where are your goods manufactured?
A: All of our mats are manufactured in Taiwan, as well as our blocks and straps. This is the country that produces the highest quality mats for the type of mats we sell. Our towels and flip flops are made in China, at the highest quality factories. We take a lot of care to make sure our factories treat their workers well, and we make several trips a year to visit them. We know management of all our factories personally, and consider them our friends as well as business partners.
